Do you deliver flowers near me?

What is the difference between each arrangement size?
Standard- Your average size bouquet. This can be seen when you select the standard size on our flowers page
Large- This bouquet features several more flowers than the standard option and can also be seen when you select the large size on our flowers page
Wow- Just as the name states, this is a bouquet that is sure to impress.
How do I look after my flowers once they have been delivered?
Please go to our Flower After Care page for instructions on how to keep your bouquets fresher for longer once you have received them.
What do I do with the flower packaging once I have unwrapped my bouquet?
- The wrapping paper can be recycled or reused
- The ribbon can be reused. If it is too scrunched up it can be ironed out.
- The twine can be placed in the green bin or reuse
- The wet pack bag is made out of corn and is 100% compostable.
- All flowers can be placed in the green bin or compost once they have finished
- Vases can be reused

Can I pick the flowers up from your location?
Yes, we now have a florist in Thornbury at 763a High Street, Thornbury, 3071
How much does delivery cost?
We offer free local delivery to Thornbury, Northcote and Preston. A flat rate shipping fee of $10 will apply to the areas listed in the Delivery Zones section. Please contact us for any suburbs not listed and we can discuss fees on a case by case scenario.
Will the arrangements look exactly like the website photos?
All of our floral arrangement images are just a visual indication of the styles and colours used. We pride ourselves on providing bespoke and one of a kind floral arrangements.
How long are gift vouchers valid for?
Three years from the date of purchase
What happens if the recipient is not home when you deliver the flowers?
We will find the most suitable place to leave the flowers. Please ensure that you put as much information in the comments field when making your order. If it is an apartment, please make sure that the recipient will be home at the delivery date that you have selected. Please also provide the recipient's phone number so we can contact them if there are any access issues.

We are dedicated to eco-friendly practices in our floral services:
Floral Foam-Free: We do not use floral foam in our arrangements, which helps reduce waste and environmental impact.
Eco-Conscious Packaging: Our flowers are wrapped in brown paper and tied with ribbon, both of which can be reused or recycled. We aim to minimise waste while ensuring your blooms arrive beautifully presented.
